Job summary

Qualifications

• An approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level and 2–5 years industry experience, with 2 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates excellent people management skills; strong HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality catering events planning and execution to meet client needs.
• Lead kitchen team, ensure food safety and service excellence.
• Train and manage staff, monitor performance and run daily huddles.
• Develop strategies to achieve catering revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Maintain staff records and training documentation.
