Job summary

Excel Recruitment in Kerry, Republic of Ireland, is seeking experienced Chefs to join our team across the Kerry region. Great rates and work-life balance with midweek day shifts and flexible weekday/weekend cover.

Pay: €18–€22 per hour, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Enjoy variety across professional kitchens and support from a dedicated recruitment team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Contract catering experience is an advantage.
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certificates (training available).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality food in line with kitchen standards.
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support kitchen teams during busy service periods.
• Manage food preparation, stock rotation and cleanliness.
• Adapt confidently to different menus and kitchen environments.
