Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking experienced Chefs to join their team across Newcastle West and the wider Limerick region. This role offers midweek day shifts and flexible weekday and weekend cover to fit around your availability and work-life balance.

You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintain food safety standards and support kitchen teams during busy service periods. Prior kitchen experience and relevant certificates are welcome, with competitive hourly pay and weekly wages.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Contract catering experience is an advantage.
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certificates (training available).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality food in line with kitchen standards.
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene procedures.
