Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef for fixed-term and temporary contracts in Waterford city and county. You will prepare and cook meals to menu specifications while maintaining HACCP standards and hygiene across a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends where required.
