Job summary

Sheridans Cheesemongers Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Cheesemonger for our cheese wall at Dunnes Stores, Curraheen Rd. The position is a 20-hour contract spread over 5 days, including weekends.

You will look after cheeses, greet customers, and help them discover new products with passion for great food. No cheesemongering experience is required as training is provided to develop expertise in Irish and European artisan cheese and producers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Food knowledge or willingness to learn about cheese.
• Ability to handle deliveries and stock rotation.
• Strong communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries and stock cheese walls.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate stock regularly.
• Keep cheese displays attractive and well stocked.
