Job summary

Sheridans Cheesemongers is seeking two enthusiastic Retail Cheesemongers for our cheese wall in Dunnes Stores, Leopardstown. On-site roles with 48 hours of shifts across Leopardstown and Cornelscourt. Training is provided and no cheesemongering experience is necessary.

We value food passion, customer service and a willingness to learn about Irish and European artisan cheese and producers. Weekend shifts are essential, with flexibility in how hours are split between candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on retail role with food focus.
• Training provided to develop cheese knowledge.
• Excellent customer interaction skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries and stock it properly.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and rotate stock.
• Look after cheese and other products to ensure best conditions.
• Merchandising and keeping attractive displays.
• Prepare cheese for sale and maintain signage.
• Offer customer tastings and guide cheese choices.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
