Job summary

B&Q Limerick is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor on a part-time basis, 18.75 hours per week, for a 3-month fixed term. Shifts span Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 10.00pm, with a notional hourly rate and a Sunday premium.

The role focuses on customer service at the tills, plus click & collect and store display setup to keep the shop looking great. You will be trained in various areas, but delivering excellent customer service remains the main aim.

Qualifications

• Friendly and eager to learn with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on checkouts and with general enquiries.
• Support click & collect, stock displays and store presentation.
• Provide great till service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
