Job summary

B&Q Galway is hiring a Showroom Advisor for a part-time, 14 hours per week, 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts span Monday to Sunday, 6.00am–9.00pm. You’ll focus on customer needs, use software to create designs, and guide projects from idea to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues and installers.
• Ability to convert designs into sales and meet targets.
• Willingness to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in showroom with ideas and product options.
• Produce inspirational designs using software for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers in-person and remotely from design to delivery.
