Job summary

Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd in Dublin or Waterford is seeking an experienced Project and Change Manager for a fixed-term role within a busy Change team. You will drive organisational change by managing a portfolio of initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, sponsors and business owners to deliver scope, timelines and realised benefits.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, strong change management knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project sponsor and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, activities, resources and timelines for new initiatives
  • Plan and design programme/project plans to ensure ROI and benefit realisation
  • Apply structured project management methods to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor progress and oversee activities to meet goals and deadlines
  • Identify and manage risks and issues with relevant mitigation actions
  • Organise and lead stakeholder meetings to communicate status and remedy issues
  • Work with business owners to ensure smooth transition to business as usual
  • Perform post-implementation reviews to ensure benefit realisation
  • Provide Change Management support to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Identify, plan and implement actions to engage with stakeholders
  • Develop and apply Change Management tools to support adoption of change
  • Identify impacts and develop communications for affected individuals
  • Lead change workshops with stakeholders

Job description

The purpose of this role is to drive organizational change via managing a portfolio of projects and process efficiency activity. This is a fixed-term role in a busy Change team.

Geographical Location: Dublin or Waterford

Reports To: Head of Change Management

Key Internal Relationships: Arachas Business Lead

Project Management
Role Accountabilities and Core Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the project sponsor, cross functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, activities, required resources and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Plan and design the programme/project plan to ensure return on investment & benefit realisation
  • Apply a structured project management methodology to ensure delivery of assigned projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor progress and oversee activities to ensure goals and timelines are met
  • Identify and manage risks and issues to the programme/project, identifying mitigation actions relevant to the plan
  • Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders to communicate programme/project status and remedy issues
  • Work with the relevant business owners to ensure a smooth transition to business as usual activity
  • Perform post implementation reviews to ensure benefit realisation.
Change Management
  • Provide Change Management Support to the project sponsor and relevant business stakeholders
  • Identify, plan and implement actions designed to engage with Stakeholders
  • Develop and apply Change Management methods and tools to create a plan to support the adoption of the required change
  • Identify impacts of the change and develop plans to communicate changes to impacted individuals and ensure business readiness
  • Lead change workshops with stakeholders impacted by the change
Solution Focus
  • Develop proposals and solutions to support change in the organisation
  • Identify, review, and create business processes to support accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
  • Conduct business process modeling and apply knowledge to ensure processes are streamlined and standardised
  • Facilitate workshops with users to review processes and document process requirements
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years project management experience
  • Proven experience and knowledge of change management principals, methodologies and tools
  • Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Ability to influence without authority and work in a collaborative manner
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to communicate and explain clearly, concisely and effectively with all stakeholders
