Rachel Kelly IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Programme Manager Change Delivery in Dublin to lead AI-enabled transformation programmes, across processes, data and technology, with a strong emphasis on the people side of change.
You will own end-to-end delivery across functions, manage SteerCo engagements, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into embedded capabilities within a multi-year transformation.
My client is progressing on a multi-year transformation to become an AI-enabled, frontier operating model for the global asset management industry. Central to this ambition is the ability to deliver complex, cross‑functional transformation at pace and at scale, embedding sustainable change across processes, data, technology and operating models.
1. Programme management experience – Proven track record of leading large, complex programmes with multiple workstreams and multiple cross‑functional vendors, with clear ownership of governance, risk, dependencies, and delivery.
2. Tech, data and AI-driven programmes with strong change management – Hands‑on experience delivering technology, data, and AI programmes where a significant part of the role has been the people side of change: designing and delivering training / planning and executing communications and standing up user groups / champion networks. You must be able to demonstrate concrete adoption outcomes (e.g., improved usage, faster time‑to‑proficiency, reduced resistance), this role is not just about technical delivery.
3. Financial services experience – Background in financial services is essential; experience in asset management / funds is a strong advantage.
4. Stakeholder and SteerCo leadership – Proven track record of managing complex, varied stakeholders and navigate senior dynamics confidently. Experience of running SteerCo meetings, managing up effectively, and commanding credibility with senior business and technology stakeholders.
5. Curiosity and practical use of new tech (especially AI) – Must have evidence of using AI tools in day‑to‑day work to create playbooks, run programmes, and improve communications and reporting. Concrete examples of how they have applied AI to work more effectively.
You will play a critical role within the Product, Technology & Data organisation, leading the execution of complex transformation initiatives that are foundational to their strategic growth.
This role exists to translate ambitious strategic objectives into delivered capabilities, ensuring that transformation is not just planned, but successfully embedded across the business.
