Ideal Background

Candidates may come from:

• People & Change or Human Capital Consulting


• HR / HR Transformation


• Organisation Design


• Transformation Consulting


• Programme / Project Management with strong change experience


• Large corporate transformation functions

We are not looking for traditional HR generalists, PMO professionals or generic Project Managers. The key requirement is demonstrable experience delivering people or organisational change.

Key Experience

Candidates should ideally have experience in two or more of:

• End-to-end Change Management


• Change Impact Assessments


• Stakeholder Engagement


• Business Readiness & Adoption


• Organisational / Cultural Change


• HR Transformation


• Workforce Transformation

Typical 5+ years' relevant experience, with the ability to lead change workstreams, manage stakeholders and deliver high-quality client outputs.

Experienced professionals able to lead client engagements, manage teams and senior stakeholders, and take ownership of complex People & Change / Human Capital transformation programmes.

• Prosci or other Change Management qualification


• PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum


• Strong client-facing, presentation and workshop facilitation skills


• Experience managing project delivery, teams and budgets
