Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to lead the Central and Eastern Europe expansion and drive a high-velocity sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will work with the CSM team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform and help customers deploy Rippling’s HR, IT, and Finance solutions.

Fluency in English is required; a CE language is a strong plus. Four years of SaaS B2B sales experience and a proven top-quartile performer will help you thrive in this fast-paced role

Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS B2B sales experience.
• Proven top-quartile performance in sales.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting untapped market segments in CEE.
• Own the sales cycle from discovery to contract signature.
• Maintain a high-velocity pipeline and forecast revenue with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with CSM to ensure smooth transition to Rippling platform.
• Build product expertise across Rippling platform and stay ahead of competitors.
• Partner with CS and sales teams to close deals and expand footprint.
