Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Customer Due Diligence professional to join our AML compliance team in Dundalk, Ireland with remote options across Ireland, the UK, and Gibraltar. You will report to the Senior CDD Officer and conduct CDD for both digital and retail customers, performing enhanced due diligence, risk profiling and monitoring to support Safer Gambling initiatives.

You will collaborate with the AML team, Safer Gambling, Customer Service and other stakeholders to maintain accurate records,

Qualifications

Keen interest in due diligence, safer gambling, risk assessment and customer interaction.
Applicants should have previous work experience within the betting industry.
Ability to accurately identify and analyse different types of risk and elevate them when necessary in a clear and timely manner.
Capable of managing a diverse workload and triaging numerous tasks.

Responsibilities

Conduct processes to meet regulatory Customer Due Diligence obligations for digital and retail customers.
Perform customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, risk profiling and assessments.
Ensure Safer Gambling is integrated into daily CDD operations.
Monitor customer activity and contact customers to promote responsible play.
Review spend against income and documents for affordability.
