NSUS Group is seeking a Senior Safer Gambling Manager to lead and scale the Safer Gambling function in Dublin. The role owns strategy, manages teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a customer-first approach.

This onsite leadership role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong operational mindset to drive continuous improvement in EDD, affordability checks, and complaints handling.

Qualificações

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., UKGC or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the Safer Gambling strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Lead, structure, and develop the Safer Gambling function.
• Directly manage and mentor the Safer Gambling Manager.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development.
