Responsibilities

• Manage risk by assigning risk profiles to customers.
• Report on customer performance metrics daily, weekly, quarterly.
• Authorize or limit online bets above standard limits in real time.
• Monitor bets in real time via the bet scroller and alert relevant teams.
• Run bespoke reports to identify customer cohorts.
• Liaise with Retail Operations Team to handle queries.
