Job summary

Qualifications

• Support the setup and breakdown of catering spaces, working collaboratively with team members - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with hygiene standards - Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach to tasks - Contribute to stock awareness and portion control using basic numeracy skills

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistently high standards in all tasks - Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and evenings as required - Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods during service - Clear verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Basic numeracy skills for portion control and stock awareness **Desirable:** - Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen awareness - Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service environment - Willingness to undertake induction training and develop your skill base within the role - Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
