Job summary

Dovida Ireland seeks an HR Administrator/Generalist to support our HR function across Ireland. You will collaborate with the National office HR Team, GM and Operations Manager to implement policies and provide HR guidance for Caregiver-related matters.

The role covers recruitment, employee relations, retention, and HR administration, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliant processes. A proactive approach helps us uphold our Circle of Care values across 25 offices.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as HR Administrator / Generalist / Specialist / Coordinator.
• Understanding of HomeCare/Healthcare sector in Ireland (Preferred).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to be innovative and implement new initiatives.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Respects confidentiality where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: conduct second round face-to-face interviews and onboard new hires.
• Employee Relations: handle queries, manage offboarding, monitor sickness and absences, advise on investigations and disputes.
• Employee Retention: manage probation, engagement calendar, mid-year and annual appraisals, coordinate engagement events.
• HR Administration: maintain employee files, ensure policy compliance and assist with audits.
