Job summary

The Talbot Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Team Lead to provide hands-on support and lead a dedicated care team across residential settings.

You will deliver person-centred care, supervise staff, and deputise for the Person in Charge when required. QQI Level 5 qualification in Social Care or equivalent and at least 3 years' experience with intellectual disabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to residents.
• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team and Person in Charge.
• Deputise for the Person in Charge when required.
