Job summary

Qualifications

• A Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or related discipline (or other relevant qualification).
• At least 2 years' experience in residential, respite or day service settings with people with an intellectual disability.
• CORU registration is required or currently in process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shift on duty and supervise staff.
• Work as part of the MDT with residents and report to the Person In-Charge.
• May deputise for the Person In-Charge and assume management responsibilities in their absence.
