Job summary

The Talbot Group is looking for a passionate Person in Charge to manage their disability service in Kingscourt, County Cavan. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of care for residents while leading and mentoring the staff team.

Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with HIQA standards, developing person-centred care plans, and supporting residents' independence. The ideal candidate will have a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care and at least three years of relevant experience.
