Job summary

Care Connect Group is recruiting a Scheduler for our Little Island, Cork base. The role involves rostering carers, overseeing rotas and handling referrals with solid admin support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience, excellent English, and strong organisational and communication abilities to deliver exceptional customer service and manage relationships across HSE stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a similar role or fast-paced healthcare admin environment.
• QQI Level 5 in healthcare desirable.
• Effective leadership and management in growing business.

Responsibilities

• Upload carer rosters and client templates.
• Oversee and manage rotas with accountability.
• Monitor client care calls, including missed/late calls.
• Process new referrals and maintain client and staff records.
• Complete daily timesheets and perform admin duties.
• Identify growth opportunities and liaise with recruitment.
• Collaborate with Operations Team in your area.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service in calls from HSE and clients.
• Build external stakeholder relationships in the HSE South West region.
