Job summary

Comfort Homecare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our scheduling team and support local branches across Ireland. You will oversee a team of eight, ensuring evening and weekend coverage while driving efficiency and service quality.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, reporting, and process improvement to support future growth. Experience in home care or healthcare operations and strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in managing or supervising teams.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Rota management or workforce planning experience is required.
• Committed to client dignity and supporting staff.
• High level of proficiency in the One Touch CRM platform.
• Calm and decisive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day leadership of the team and ensure service standards.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure adequate cover and scheduling.
• Maintain On-Call records and escalate risks when needed.
• Develop and monitor reporting tools for visibility of activity.
• Support staff during high pressure situations and drive process improvements.
• Ensure smooth operation when not present and standardise procedures.
