You will engage with HSE and private sector clients, manage rosters, and ensure high standards of client care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow hours in your area by managing new packages from HSE and private sector.
• Upload carer rosters and client templates; oversee rotas.
• Monitor and improve client care calls, including missed/late calls.
• Complete daily timesheets and weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Provide management information and reports for efficiency and capacity.
• Prepare contingency plans and manage risk.
• Liaise with CCM, recruitment, compliance and other functions.
