Job summary

Bluebird Care Clare is seeking a Care Coordinator / Scheduler in Ennis, Co. Clare, to support day-to-day operations. The role focuses on coordinating staff, schedules, and delivering courteous, professional service to customers and their families.

Ideal candidates will have care-related experience, an office administration qualification, strong computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This full-time position requires on-call rotation and a driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant is desirable.
• A recognised qualification in office administration or relevant experience
• Experience working within a homecare office setting desirable
• Strong computer literacy skills essential
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and manage own workload while being a team player
• Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers and family members, and with HSE personnel.
• Provide professional and courteous service to members of the public and colleagues.
• Provide administration support and coordinate work schedules.
• Work on the On-Call service on a rota basis with colleagues.
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and staff.
• Provide support to the senior management team.
