Careconnectgroup is seeking a Scheduler – Homecare based in Little Island, Cork. This role involves managing care packages, overseeing rotas, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and care staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or fast-paced administrative position in healthcare.
• Efficient use of IT systems, preferably OneTouch CRM.
• Excellent standard of English with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new package requests from HSE and private sector.
• Monitor client care calls and maintain documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
