Job summary

Zalando Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner to support a recruiters team by coordinating and scheduling interviews for technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with TA and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

You will help monitor scheduling KPIs, educate stakeholders on processes, and contribute to team efficiency. This role offers flexible work options, with travel and remote working potential.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with TA and recruiters across teams.
• Deliver on KPIs and SLAs for interviews conducted.
• Educate teammates and stakeholders on scheduling processes and continuous improvements.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to success.
• Identify scheduling blockers and raise issues to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and TAMs.
• Support operational and capacity planning within the team.
• Educate colleagues on scheduling processes and improvements.
• Monitor and report on scheduling KPIs to maintain service levels.
• Flag blockers and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve.
