Job summary

Zalando GmbH in Ireland is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner to support the recruitment team by coordinating and scheduling interviews across technical and non-technical roles. You will work with Recruiters, TAPs and Hiring Managers to enhance the candidate experience and drive process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews.
• Ability to partner with TA, Hiring Managers and interview committees.
• Willingness to learn and improve scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support operational and capacity planning within the recruiting team.
• Educate TA colleagues on scheduling processes and improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall success.
• Identify scheduling blockers and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
• Be coachable and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Manage workload with coaching support and maintain organization.
