Job description

Are you an experienced recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment? Morgan McKinley is looking for a Client Services Manager to lead our established Centralised Delivery Team, driving operational excellence while remaining hands-on with senior-level recruitment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic recruiter who is passionate about developing people, building high-performing sourcing functions, and becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

As the Client Services Manager, you'll lead and empower an experienced team of recruitment specialists while taking ownership of the team's delivery strategy, sourcing capability, operational performance, and client partnerships.

You’ll lead from the front by managing senior-level recruitment assignments, providing market-leading insights, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple client accounts. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and drive contractor growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing delivery team through regular one-to-ones, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative "One Team" culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success.
  • Design and implement agile sourcing strategies that enable proactive hiring across current and future client needs.
  • Integrate the delivery team into early-stage job intake to improve quality, speed, and client outcomes.
Recruitment & Delivery Excellence
  • Personally manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical vacancies.
  • Set the benchmark for quality delivery by taking detailed briefs, sourcing exceptional talent, and presenting high-quality shortlists.
  • Continuously optimise recruitment processes, workflows, and delivery rhythms to improve hiring outcomes and time-to-fill.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across multiple sectors and disciplines.
Client Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary delivery contact.
  • Provide consultative market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Identify key stakeholders within client organisations and strengthen relationships to increase account penetration.
  • Resolve client queries and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the recruitment process.
Business Growth & Operational Performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow contractor and contingent workforce solutions across client accounts.
  • Manage recruitment projects and volume hiring campaigns, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Use data, dashboards, and market intelligence to drive performance, improve delivery metrics, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Support wider business growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional recruitment services.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who combines strong leadership with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within agency or RPO recruitment, including technical or specialist hiring.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • A track record of successfully managing senior-level recruitment assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics, dashboards, and market intelligence to improve performance.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and HR leaders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
