Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a C/C1 Multidrop Delivery Driver to service customers across Galway, Mayo and Clare. This field-based role requires delivering 19-litre water, coolers and consumables, with a strong focus on timely, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Hours are 8am–5pm Mon–Thu and 8am–4pm Fri.

A valid C driving licence and good knowledge of the region are essential. The package includes €36,000 per year plus a €4,000 tax-free meal allowance, paid monthly, plus other

• Valid driving license - C license.
• Good knowledge of Galway, Mayo and Clare surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets.
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients.
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets.
• As the face of Culligan, in customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets.
• Responsible for working closely with scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs.
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems (epod/handheld) with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs.

Desirable:

• Multi Drop Experience
• Full Clean B License and C License
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training Monday - Friday Days working pattern
