Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a B/B1 License Multidrop Delivery Driver to service customers across Leinster from our Ballymount depot. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with day hours and pays €32,000 per year, plus a tax-free €4,000 meal allowance.

You'll deliver bulk water, coolers and consumables, maintain schedules, and provide excellent customer service on site visits while using epod/handheld systems to log activities and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Valid B driving license.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and ability to meet targets.
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to clients.
• Accurate and timely completion of scheduled activities to support delivery targets.
• Provide excellent customer service while on customer sites.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations and support teams for SLAs.
• Update systems with outcomes of activities and track KPIs.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Nationwide, Depot location is Ballymount Co. Dublin

Salary: €32,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

The role will service our customers across Leinster.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Essential:

• Valid driving B license
• Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.

• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
