Job summary

Culligan International is seeking a B/B1 License Multidrop Delivery Driver to service customers across Leinster from Ballymount depot, Dublin. The role runs 8am-5pm Mon-Thu and 8am-4pm Fri, with a full-time permanent contract and a 6-month probation.

You will deliver 19-litre water, coolers and consumables, maintain schedules, and provide excellent customer service while meeting targets. A valid B license and strong locality knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license (B) required.
• Geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of strong customer service and meeting targets.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to clients.
• Complete scheduled activities accurately and on time to support field operations targets.
• Represent Culligan at customer sites and provide excellent service while fulfilling scheduled tasks.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations and support teams to meet SLAs.
• Update relevant systems (epod/handheld) with outcomes and KPI tracking.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Nationwide, Depot location is Ballymount Co. Dublin

Salary: €32,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

The role will service our customers across Leinster.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Essential:

• Valid driving B license
• Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team

• Multi Drop Experience
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
