La Rousse Foods is seeking a Butchery Supervisor for the evening shift. The successful candidate will report to the Butchery Specialist and lead a team of butchers and operatives to ensure orders are prepared accurately for next day deliveries.
The role focuses on supervising operations, maintaining QA standards, and coordinating with the Butchery Office to resolve issues, while ensuring hygiene and safe handling of all products.

Preparation of Orders-working within group to prepare orders (steaking, burgers, B&R items) for next day deliveries.
Supervision of Operations-ensure all works, jobs and paperwork is completed. Ensure Butchery is kept clean and action out any non-compliances highlighted by QA.
Assist with jobs allocations and technical issues-work with the team on BC with any issues, highlighting any non-conformances to Butchery Office.
Breaking of Large joints –sectioning of larger joints for easier movability and storage.
EOB Cleaning –Cleaning of all work areas and equipment, floors, and work surfaces, delegating team members to action out QA issues.
People Management- Manage and support a team of Butchers and Operatives.
Knowledge and experience working in a Butchery
Previous Supervisor experience
