Qualifications
- Experience delivering strategic transformation initiatives involving process improvement, technology and change management.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities with a consulting/PM background.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical transformation initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops and analysis across UKIMEA transformation programmes.
- Identify opportunities where AI, automation and emerging tech deliver value and efficiency.
- Coordinate initiatives from discovery through implementation across multiple functions and geographies.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, measures of success and change management plans.
