Job summary

• Maintain and analyse commercial data, reports, and Excel trackers.
• Coordinate customer communications and follow-up actions.
• Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and business updates.
• Support customer onboarding and account administration.
• Liaise with Operations, Finance, and key stakeholders to drive actions.
• Track opportunities, customer activity, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all commercial records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Support business development initiatives and customer relationship management.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and analysis.
