- Track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Ability to coach and develop staff to meet targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and data hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a BD Representatives team.
- Set and own team sales targets aligned with business goals.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, reviews and development discussions.
- Develop training and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Refine call scripts and sales processes for higher conversions.
- Ensure accurate CRM data and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize the customer journey.
