Culligan Ireland is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in North County Dublin. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, develop new business opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships in the SME sector.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue and performance targets within a defined territory. Working closely with the Sales Manager, Head of Sales, and wider Business Development team, the role will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable growth within the SME sector.

Proven experience in a field sales, business development or account management role.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritise opportunities effectively.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
