Job summary

Culligan Ireland is recruiting for a Field Based, full-time C/C1 Multidrop Delivery Driver to serve the Cork/Kerry region. The role operates 8am–5pm Mon–Thu and 8am–4pm Fri, with a 6-month probation. A valid C license and strong customer service are essential.

Salary is €36,000 per annum, paid monthly, plus a tax-free meal allowance of €4,000 per year. Company van provided; uniform, tablet, and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays are included.

The role will service our customers across the Cork/Kerry region.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm Friday

Full Clean C License

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Essential:

• Valid driving license - C license
• Good geographical knowledge of Cork/Kerry and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Multi Drop Experience
• Full Clean B License and C License
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
