Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow sales across a broad Irish territory from North Dublin to Galway and beyond. You will identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and present products to tradespeople and professional customers on the road.

You’ll work independently with a strong emphasis on building relationships, achieving targets, and developing your sales career in a leading workwear brand. A full clean driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• A full, clean driving licence.
• At least one year’s experience in Field Sales
• A motivated and ambitious attitude, with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to approach new customers and develop business opportunities.
• The ability to organise your own schedule and manage a large geographical territory.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
