Job summary

Oliver James partners with an established Dublin-based technology, data, AI and transformation consultancy to appoint a senior commercial lead for new business across Ireland. The role targets an extensive Irish network and a proven track record of winning work across consulting engagements, SoW delivery, managed talent and specialist resourcing.

You will qualify opportunities, shape the optimal commercial model, build senior client relationships to exceed the initial sale, and influence Ireland

Qualifications

• Proven new-business record in the Irish market.
• Experience selling consulting, SoW, managed talent and resourcing solutions.
• Ability to structure deals with scope, risk, margin and delivery feasibility.
• Comfort operating at senior stakeholder level, including procurement-led processes.

Responsibilities

• Own new business generation across the Irish market from target identification through signed contract.
• Build and convert a pipeline across the full solution set: consulting, SoW, managed services and resourcing.
• Qualify opportunities and design the right commercial model for each deal.
• Develop senior client relationships at director and C-suite level and extend beyond the initial sale.
• Collaborate with solution and delivery leadership on proposals, pricing and bids.
• Contribute to account strategy and the go-to-market plan for Ireland.
• Represent the business credibly in Dublin through networks, forums and referrals.
