Job summary

CompassRock is hiring a Leasing Agent for its Dublin4 Build-to-Rent portfolio. You will drive leasing through outbound sales, conduct property tours, and manage leads to secure lease signings while delivering outstanding resident service.

This role reports to the Leasing Manager and offers growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with CompassRock’s Ireland team to implement marketing strategies, monitor leasing metrics, and ensure compliance with local regulations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Property Management or related field (desired)
• 2+ years of sales experience in a leasing or client-facing role (essential)
• Certifications such as PSRA or SCSI (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales: generate leads and convert prospects into residents
• Lead management: track and follow up via CRM to maintain records
• Viewings: conduct in-person and virtual property tours
• Lease administration progression: manage applications, references and tenancy paperwork
• Lead generation: develop leads through marketing, events and outreach
• Follow-up communication: maintain contact with leads by phone, text, email and in person
• Market analysis: monitor local rental trends to inform sales tactics
• Sales targets and KPIs: work to meet defined metrics and goals
