Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre is seeking a dedicated breakfast chef to join our luxury hotels. You will prepare and cook breakfast dishes to standard, manage kitchen operations during service, and ensure high-quality presentation and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven chef experience, HACCP training, and a passion for teamwork. Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, and weekends is essential to deliver exceptional hospitality in our boutique properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef and/or culinary qualification.
• HACCP training.
• Awareness of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment.
• Provide superb guest service with excellent people skills.
• Attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
• Team player who can also work on own initiative.
• Flexible for early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations during breakfast service and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and delegate tasks for smooth workflow.
