O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced breakfast chef to join our luxury hotels. You will prepare and cook breakfast dishes to recipes, manage breakfast service, and maintain high standards of presentation, taste and consistency.

You will oversee kitchen operations during breakfast, coordinate with suppliers, supervise kitchen staff, ensure hygiene, safety and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a chef or culinary role.
• HACCP training.
• Acknowledge the pivotal purpose of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment.
• Provide superb guest service and have excellent people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Be available and flexible for early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
