Great National South Court Hotel in Limerick is seeking a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. You will prepare and serve breakfast dishes to our buffet standards and support the head chef with daily specials.

The role requires at least 2 years experience, the ability to work on your own initiative, and own transport for early starts. You will work as part of a busy kitchen team, following HACCP and maintaining cleanliness and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a breakfast chef role.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Own transport for early starts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve dishes to breakfast buffet standards.
• Ensure food quality and consistency.
• Assist head chef with daily specials.
• Monitor stock and rotate stock.
• Follow HACCP procedures.
