BaxterStorey in Shannon, Co. Clare, invites a passionate Commis Chef to join a busy kitchen team. You will assist with breakfast and light lunch prep, support station management, and help maintain high standards of food safety, quality and presentation.

This 20-hour weekly role runs Friday and weekend shifts. Own transport is a benefit, and staff benefits include 20 days holiday, birthday leave, meals on shift and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef or display a real passion for food.
• Knowledge of some cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
