PVH Corp. Ireland is seeking a Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Dublin. You will deliver the iconic PVH brand experience, provide outstanding customer service, and help customers find the right products across Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger ranges.

You'll build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while maintaining store presentation and brand standards on the shop floor.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Effective communicator with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brands.
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
• Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
