Job summary

Three Ireland seeks a senior Head of Brand and Product Marketing to lead brand strategy, product positioning and go-to-market execution. You will align brand storytelling with product demand, and partner closely with marketing leadership to drive growth across consumer and business segments.

In this role, you will own the plan and lead a high-performing team, while influencing senior stakeholders and presenting strategy with clarity to deliver commercial impact. Hybrid work available in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong product marketing expertise with positioning and GTM.
• Track record of delivering integrated campaigns with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quarterly and annual Brand & Product marketing plans.
• Plan consumer and business marketing for Three brand.
• Lead media planning and optimization (ATL).
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing brand and product marketing team.
• Influence at executive level and present brand and product strategy with clarity and conviction.
