• You stay organized under a high volume of requests without dropping response-time commitments.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front door for brand questions across internal support channels, keeping response time within one business day (a one-day service level agreement, or SLA).
• Manage the Asset Library, keeping it current by uploading new assets, retiring outdated files, and supporting the wider contributor community.
• Maintain Brand Central, our internal brand website, so brand resources stay centralized, current, and easy to find.
• Support brand training, communications, brand review processes, and reporting, looking for ways to automate recurring work.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• You have hands-on experience with tools like Webflow, Acquia (formerly Widen), Synthesia, Canva, or Slack for workflow-building
• You've used AI tools to make manual or repetitive work faster or regularly explore them to improve the way you get things done
• You enjoy building small systems - a tagging taxonomy, a reporting template, a workflow - that make a growing community easier to manage
