Job summary

Force in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Manager to lead brand strategies across OTC and beauty brands within a growing marketing team.

You will help drive brand awareness, market growth and commercial performance across retail, pharmacy and key customer accounts. The successful candidate will support planning and execution of marketing plans, work with suppliers and internal teams, and coordinate campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years' experience in Brand Executive, Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager roles.
• Strong interest in brand development and consumer marketing with commercial focus.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of marketing plans for OTC and beauty brands.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist trade marketing activities including POS materials and in-store activations.
• Collaborate with sales to tailor marketing initiatives for key accounts.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, social, PR and experiential channels.
• Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with agencies to deliver digital and traditional marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to ensure campaign success.
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows as needed.
