Connexus is supporting a growing multi-site healthcare services provider with the appointment of a Marketing Manager. This role covers brand, content, local marketing, events and customer acquisition, with regular travel to locations nationwide.
The role would suit an experienced marketer who enjoys combining strategic brand development with hands‑on campaign delivery and who is comfortable working across multiple locations and managing a team.

The role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing activity across brand, content, local activation, offline channels and events.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the brand across customer touchpoints, campaigns and locations.
- Maintaining clear brand guidelines, templates, messaging and standards.
- Leading content planning across social media, email, website and customer communications.
- Managing editorial calendars, creative briefs and content production.
- Using AI tools and workflows to support content creation, campaign development and marketing analysis.
- Planning and delivering offline campaigns across channels such as print, local media, direct marketing and location‑based materials.
- Managing the production of marketing collateral, signage and promotional materials.
- Developing local marketing plans tailored to individual locations and markets.
- Working closely with local operational teams to identify opportunities to increase awareness, enquiries, visits and conversion.
- Developing community partnerships, sponsorships and local brand initiatives.
- Supporting the launch and growth of new locations.
- Planning and delivering customer events, open days, community initiatives and other brand activations.
- Managing event budgets, delivery and post‑event performance reporting.
- Defining and tracking marketing KPIs.
- Analysing campaign performance and turning data into practical recommendations.
- Managing marketing budgets with a strong focus on return on investment.
- Ensuring marketing activity is aligned with wider commercial and revenue objectives.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar position.
- Broad marketing experience spanning brand, content, offline campaigns and local marketing.
- Experience working within a multi-site, retail, consumer services or similarly distributed business.
- Experience managing consumer-facing events, activations, open days or community initiatives.
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing contributes to customer acquisition, footfall, conversion and revenue.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
- Confidence managing internal teams and external agencies
- Experience using AI tools as part of marketing planning, content or analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Good working knowledge of digital analytics, social media platforms and marketing reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with both central and local teams.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within Ireland.
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- A regulated or compliance‑led healthcare environment.
- CRM and customer lifecycle marketing.
- New site, branch, store or location launches.
- Multi-location customer acquisition campaigns.
- A third-level qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
