Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the marketing strategy, rebrand, and reposition as we evolve from crypto-native to institutional markets. You will partner closely with the CCO and shape the commercial trajectory with a lean, AI-augmented team.

Based in a remote-first setup with a global footprint, Keyrock operates across EU, UK, US and Switzerland, offering broad international exposure and a compelling compensation package.

Qualifications

• Significant marketing leadership experience in crypto or digital assets.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, participants and culture.
• Track record transforming or building brands in fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional English communication, both written and spoken.
• Based in or aligned with CET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete rebrand and market repositioning.
• Define marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences.
• Build a premium brand identity credible to institutional allocators and crypto operators.
• Drive market presence and measurable commercial impact with the CCO.
• Lead a small, AI-augmented team and shape cross-functional collaboration.
